We maintain technical and organizational safeguards to protect the confidentiality of our customers’ personal information against unauthorized access or disclosure, accidental loss, alteration or destruction.  The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. 

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our website. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the website.

  • Company and employment data: your employment with and role within a company, including information related to such company such as company name, size, location, as well as publicly available company information and activity; 
  • Device information: Information related to a device interacting with Journey products, services, and websites including IP address, browser, device type, operating system, the presence or use of “apps”, screen resolution, preferred language; 
  • Interactions with Journey Health & Lifestyle products: Information related to the use of Journey Health & Lifestyle products, such as products and services purchased, subscriptions, features used or platform preferences. 

 

We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide: 

  • To our subsidiaries and affiliates.
  • To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business, including third-party marketing partners and data co-ops for commercial use and marketing purposes.

  • To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it.

  • To enforce or apply our terms of use and other agreements.

We also use third parties to improve our ability to identify visitors to our website. As part of this service, we may make available identifiers to these third parties including our visitor's IP addresses, cookies and hashed versions of email addresses captured from your visit. We, and third parties, use this data to obtain more information about our visitors and reach out to them through other channels, such as email and/or direct mail.   1. “Do not solicit” option

We recognize that some of our customers do not want to be solicited for offers and promotions from us. Accordingly, we provide our customers the option to have their names and addresses removed from our mail and/or telephone solicitation lists. We have procedures that assure a consumer’s name, address and telephone number are removed from our marketing lists. 

 
Customers who do not want us to contact them can let us know by unchecking the “marketing offers” box during account creation or checkout; additionally you can unsubscribe from all future emails here. Customers who do not want us to share their info with third party marketing partners can let us know by filling out this form and submitting it. 
 

  

  1. Maintaining customer privacy with our business partners

We strive to ensure that the companies we use as our business partners support our commitment to privacy protection in their handling of personal data about our customers.

We provide training to our employees regarding their responsibilities under this Privacy Statement, and we expect them to do their part in protecting our customers’ privacy. We also conduct regular internal audits to support our commitment. 

  1. California Privacy Rights

This section applies solely to California consumers and addresses Personal Information we collect online and offline.  If you are a California resident, California law may provide you with additional rights regarding our use of your Personal Information.  This section uses certain terms that have the meaning given to them in the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 and its implementing regulations (the “CCPA”). To the extent provided for by the CCPA and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, California residents have the following privacy rights in relation to the Personal Information we collect: 

  • The right to request, twice in a 12-month period, that we disclose to you the personal information we have collected during the past 12 months and how we have used and disclosed that personal information.
  • The right to request that we delete certain personal information we have collected from you.
  • The right to opt out of the sale of your personal information.

We want our customers to know about our commitment to providing privacy protection. Therefore, this Privacy Statement is available upon request to customers, investors, employees, governmental authorities and members of the general public.

If you have any questions or concerns, including requests to access, correct, or remove your Personal Information, please send an email to CS@shopjourney.com.  We will attempt to answer all requests to correct or delete any data so long as we are not required to retain it by law or for legitimate business purposes. 

In addition, to protect your privacy, we may require you to prove your identity before granting access to, or agreeing to update, correct or delete your Personal Information and we will only implement requests with respect to personal information about you (not anyone else).
