Executive Assistant

Reports directly to the new CEO.
Manage and maintain executive schedules, including scheduling travel and conferences, making appointments, and making changes to appointments.
Answering and directing calls to appropriate executives and parties, taking messages.
Overseeing administrative policies within an organization and within the office; recommending changes as appropriate.
Opening, sorting, and distributing correspondence, including email, faxes, and snail mail.

Senior Data Analyst

As the Senior Data Analyst, you will play a leading role in helping us grow as a modern, data-driven portfolio of direct-to-consumer healthcare brands. You will collaborate closely with our sales, marketing, product management, supply chain/fulfillment, finance and IT teams to provide custom analyses and key business insights. Additionally, you will play a role in selecting and implementing best of breed data tools and architectures to power self-serve analytics, predictive lifetime values, and a range of forecasting models to improve investment decisions and process improvement strategies across the company.

Customer Service Rep

A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Problem-solving also comes naturally to customer care specialists. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints.

The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Sales Call Center Specialist

As a Sales Call Center Specialist, you will engage with potential customers through phone contact, listening for the customer’s need and then describing and communicating how our unique and innovative products is a great solution. Through this education process, customers can then become informed buyers of one of our many products.
